Shipping

With standard domestic shipping, delivery times will be between 3 and 5 business days for shipments within Switzerland.

With standard international shipping, delivery times will be between 7 and 13 business days for shipments within Europe.

For international orders to the US and Canada delivery times will be between 6 and 10 business days.

 

For international orders to Oceania and Asia, delivery times will be between 8 and 13 business days.

The shipping rates for your specific countrie will be dispayed at checkout.

Please note that we offer Priority shipping which is substantially faster but more costly.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. Once an order has been processed a order confirmation number will be generated and forwarded to you via E-Mail. If you have not received your order conformation number within 5 business days, kindly inform us by E-Mail at scampicicli@gmail.com and include your order number.

While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries outside of this time frame as we rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our deliveries.
